Administrative Assistant

Full-Time | Remote | £25,000 pa | Permanent contract

We’re looking for another organised, compassionate, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support the smooth daily running of Anne Health. As a vital part of our small and growing team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our patients, managing internal systems, and contributing to a positive and inclusive experience for everyone who connects with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the clinic, responding promptly and professionally to emails and enquiries from patients and the wider community.

  • Guide patients through our intake process, including scheduling appointments, communicating clearly and empathetically, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Manage session changes, availability updates, and rescheduling requests with attention to detail and efficiency.

  • Monitor payments through our finance systems and update our CRM system accordingly.

  • Answer helpline calls and respond to webchat messages with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.

  • Provide clear, compassionate communication with patients about appointments, instructions, and follow-ups.

  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in the quality and efficiency of our remote service.

About You:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.

  • Strong IT skills, with confident use of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, etc.)

  • An excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills.

  • A private, quiet space where you can take calls and attend meetings, in line with confidentiality requirements.

  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
