Administrative Assistant
Full-Time | Remote | £25,000 pa | Permanent contract
We’re looking for another organised, compassionate, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support the smooth daily running of Anne Health. As a vital part of our small and growing team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our patients, managing internal systems, and contributing to a positive and inclusive experience for everyone who connects with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day operations of the clinic, responding promptly and professionally to emails and enquiries from patients and the wider community.
Guide patients through our intake process, including scheduling appointments, communicating clearly and empathetically, and maintaining accurate records.
Manage session changes, availability updates, and rescheduling requests with attention to detail and efficiency.
Monitor payments through our finance systems and update our CRM system accordingly.
Answer helpline calls and respond to webchat messages with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
Provide clear, compassionate communication with patients about appointments, instructions, and follow-ups.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in the quality and efficiency of our remote service.
About You:
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Strong IT skills, with confident use of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, etc.)
An excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills.
A private, quiet space where you can take calls and attend meetings, in line with confidentiality requirements.
Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
