Expert gender-affirming care, designed around you
From hormones and puberty blocker guidance to blood tests, counselling, and the admin that keeps it all moving. We’ve got you covered. All delivered by qualified clinicians and therapists who know gender-affirming care inside out.
Most of your care happens online through secure video calls, so it’s easy to get the support you need at home. And when it matters (like for blood tests) we’ll arrange in-person support too.
Anne works on a simple membership model, with different plans giving you different levels of support.

Anne exists because we’ve lived through the gaps in the system and refused to accept them.
We’re a not-for-profit created by parents, community leaders and clinicians who’ve spent decades supporting trans+ people and their families. We built Anne because the people we love couldn’t get the care they needed.
We only charge because we have to. Every penny goes back into improving access, quality and safety. This isn’t business for us, it’s personal. And we’re here to help make your path easier.

We will fund as many people as we can from the available funds, although we hope to achieve this target if not more.

As a not-for-profit all of the funds raised will go directly into funding healthcare for those who cannot afford it. When we began to plan our vision for Anne, our number one priority was to provide quality healthcare to trans people of all ages. We created the kind of service we would have wanted our loved ones to be able to access, whilst the NHS failed them.
Now that our paid for service is established we wanted to explore ways in which we can provide care to those who cannot afford it and this campaign is one of these routes.

Yes. As long as your financial situation remains unchanged and you’re unable to afford the care yourself, you’ll continue receiving coverage. Each year, you’ll be asked to show proof of benefits and income so we can ensure the funds go to those in greatest need. If your financial circumstances improve, we simply ask you to step aside so someone else can benefit from this support.

Yes. While most applicants act in good faith, it’s crucial to ensure the funding continues to support those who need it most. Each year, recipients will be asked to provide proof of benefits and income. If someone’s financial circumstances improve and they can cover their own care, we kindly ask them to step aside so that funding can go to another person who truly needs the support.

Your donation will go directly toward funding gender-affirming healthcare for transgender people who can’t afford private care. We’re committed to transparency, and you’ll receive updates about the impact your support is making, including the number of people your generosity has helped.
