Blood Tests Now Included in All Membership Plans (Excluding Lite)
To mark Pride Month, we’re proud to announce an important change that reflects our long-term commitment to making gender-affirming care safer and more accessible for all.
As of 1 June 2025, blood tests are now included in all Anne Health membership plans, except Lite, at no additional cost.
This update applies to all new and existing members on Transfer 12, and Transfer 24 plans who previously paid for their blood tests. Members will now have access to up to three blood tests per year, which our clinical team will review as part of your ongoing care.
Why we're making this change
We know that for many of our Transfer members, covering the cost of regular blood tests has been a financial barrier. But bloodwork isn’t an optional extra; it’s an essential part of safe hormone monitoring and providing effective, gender-affirming medical care.
From the very beginning, we’ve wanted to offer fully inclusive care that doesn’t place additional costs on patients for vital services like blood testing. Until now, this wasn’t financially viable for us as a small, independent service, but we’re now able to make it happen.

Continued support from our therapeutic and medical team
No extra fees when you book blood tests through Anne
Please note that mobile phlebotomy is not included, and we expect adult members to attend a partner clinic.
What you need to do
If you’re an existing Transfer 12 or 24 member, there’s nothing you need to do. From 1 June onwards, your eligible blood tests will be covered under your current membership.
This is just one more step towards removing financial barriers to the care you deserve. We’re proud to stand with our community this Pride Month, and every month, as we continue building a service based on trust, transparency, and trans-affirming care.

From 1 June 2025, any blood tests you require will be covered by your existing Anne membership, no action needed on your part. Just book as usual, and we’ll handle the rest.

No, I’m afraid not. All blood tests booked on or after 1 June 2025 will be covered by Anne. Tests booked prior to that date will not be reimbursed, as the change only applies moving forward.

No, your fee stays the same. This change is about expanding what's included to give you better value and easier access to care.
