Medication not included
Prescriptions and prescribed medication (such as puberty blockers and/or hormones) are not included in the Lite membership package.

Blood tests not included
Blood tests are available through our partner labs on a pay-as-you-go basis and are not included in Lite membership.

Medical appointments not included
Including medical consultations and ongoing hormone therapy reviews. If you decide to begin or transfer medical care with Anne, you can upgrade anytime for full clinical access and priority onboarding.

Life admin support not included
Available exclusively to standard members. Includes life admin support like writing surgery referral letters and help with reminders for prescriptions, appointments, and blood tests.

Yes. All counselling and medical appointments happen online through video call, so you can attend from wherever you feel most comfortable.

The cost to write your prescriptions is included in your membership. You’ll need to pay separately for the medication itself.
Prices vary based on what you’re prescribed, your dose, and where you get it filled.

If you’re prescribed hormone therapy, we’ll send you a digital prescription you can take to a local pharmacy. If you’re over 18, we can also connect you with a UK pharmacy that delivers to your home.
If you’re under 18 and accessing puberty blockers through our legal route, we’ll give you all the information you need to order, pay for, and administer the medication safely.
Support as and when you need it
After setting up your Lite membership, you can use our services as and when you need them. Unlike our standard membership, there are no required steps like regular blood tests, just support that fits around you.
Your monthly fee covers:
- an initial appointment with a nurse
- an initial counselling session
- annual check-in with a nurse
You can also add extra pay-as-you-go support whenever you need it, including:
- blood tests
- additional nurse check-ins
- reduced-rate counselling sessions
